UNFPA Haiti Country Office intends to pre-qualify companies specialized in warehousing and transportation of materials/equipments for the 5th General Census that will be held within the country in 2018 By means of this Pre-Qualification exercise UNFPA aims to identifying potential highly qualified and experienced companies to store a large volume of materials/equipments, 150 cubic meter (m3) or more, and to ensure the transportation of these materials to 106 communes within the country. This notice is open to all eligible companies interested to be prequalified for the potential procurement process.

The pre-qualified companies will be invited to submit bids within a series of limited international competitions for warehousing and transportation services where financial evaluations will be carried out according to UNFPA rules and regulations for Invitation to Bids (ITBs). It is expected that the invitation to bid will be issued in June 2018.
 
UNFPA will reject those expressions of interest which do not comply with the Eligibility Criteria. The Applicants shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of their application. UNFPA will in no case be responsible or liable for those costs, regardless of the outcome of the prequalification process.
