The number of new family planning users is increasing at the rate hoped for by the 6th program. Mobile clinics and community initiatives have demonstrated their effectiveness in sustaining the dynamics of health centers. UNFPA has demonstrated great responsiveness and flexibility in adjusting its input storage and delivery system, despite multifaceted crises. The succession of crises has disrupted the national logistics chain beyond the capacity of the Country Office to pre-position supplies. During the period, UNFPA was reactivated to resolve the storage problems posed by the insolvency of the Ministry of Public Health and Population, then distribution through the network of public pharmacists who received training.
